About Lili

Lili has over 11 years of experience teaching yoga and sharing her passion with students in corporations, studios, and private settings.

Her style is inspired by her teachers, her practice, and her deep connection with nature — often found during long walks with her dogs in the Swiss woods.

During COVID, she kept students connected and grounded through online yoga classes and workshops — creating space to move, breathe, and find calm in uncertain times.

Now, she is bringing BaYo Movement to you.
